KLIX Hair sells products for retail customers only. We do not offer wholesale or reseller pricing at this time.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or supply chain issues.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer. KLIX Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns, Refunds & Chargebacks

All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Unauthorized chargebacks, false disputes, or abuse of refunds may result in:

7. Hair Extension Use & Results Disclaimer

KLIX Hair products are for cosmetic and professional beauty use only. 

KLIX Hair products are professional beauty products intended for installation and maintenance by trained professionals and clients following recommended care instructions.

Any coloring, bleaching, toning, chemical processing, alteration, or modification of the hair, links, beads, or extension system is performed at the stylist's and client's own discretion and risk.

KLIX Hair is not responsible for damage, discoloration, fading, chipping, coating wear, dryness, breakage, shedding, tangling, or other issues resulting from:

  • Improper installation or removal
  • Excessive tension
  • Misuse of tools
  • Opening, manipulating, or over-tightening links
  • Aggressive brushing
  • Failure to follow recommended maintenance instructions
  • Bleach, toner, professional color, artificial dyes, or chemical services
  • Well water, sunscreen, chlorine, salt water, heat exposure, or sun exposure

Because hair extensions are a luxury hair product, longevity and performance may vary depending on installation methods, maintenance practices, environmental conditions, and product usage. KLIX Hair does not guarantee specific cosmetic results.

8. Customer Accounts

Customers are required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

KLIX Hair is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.

9. Paid Certification Programs

If you enroll in a paid KLIX Hair certification program, you agree that:

  • All certification fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • Accurate information and valid credentials are required
  • KLIX Hair may approve or deny certification at its sole discretion
  • Submission of false documents will result in denial or revocation
  • Certification does not guarantee income, clientele, or business success

KLIX Hair is a professional brand that supports certified stylists. Any product concerns, evaluations, exchanges, or technical support requests relating to installed extensions must be submitted through the certified stylist who performed the installation. KLIX Hair does not provide direct troubleshooting, warranty review, or technical support to salon clients or end consumers.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, videos, and website content belong to KLIX Hair and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without written permission.

11. SMS Marketing Terms

By opting into SMS communications from KLIX Hair, you consent to receive recurring messages regarding promotions, orders, certification updates, and account notifications.

12. Limitation of Liability

KLIX Hair shall not be liable for installation services, salon labor costs, removal costs, reinstallation costs, loss of business, loss of clientele, dissatisfaction with cosmetic results, or any damages arising from improper installation, maintenance, chemical processing, or misuse of products.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KLIX Hair and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of products
  • Infringement of intellectual property
  • Abuse of refunds, disputes, or platform systems

KLIX Hair is not responsible for delays or seizures caused by customs authorities.
