Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders paid before 3:00 PM EST will ship same day.
- Orders paid after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
- All orders ship from Michigan.
- Our office hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Please ensure your email address is accurate and check spam or junk folders if you do not receive your tracking email.
Shipping Carrier
- KLIX Hair currently ships all domestic orders via FedEx Express, USP, or USPS.
- Shipping carriers and services may change without notice.
Shipping Disclaimer
Once a shipment has left the warehouse and with the shipping provider, Klix Hair is not responsible for lost or damaged orders. Additionally, please be advised that orders may be interrupted including, but not limited to:
- Acts of God or weather conditions
- Natural disasters or environmental hazards
- Government actions, security regulations, or customs delays
- Labor disputes, strikes, or transportation disruptions
- System or utility failures
- Any other events beyond Klix Hair’s control
In such cases, Klix Hair may not credit shipping costs.
International Shipping

International Buyer Responsibilities
- All duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Fees are collected by your local carrier upon delivery.
- KLIX Hair does not mark packages below value or as gifts.
- Customs delays are outside of our control, and KLIX Hair is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Shipping Insurance (Highly Recommended)
- Shipping insurance is available at checkout for an additional charge.
- KLIX Hair is not responsible for packages once handed over to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
- KLIX Hair is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
- Claims must be reported as soon as possible to the shipping carrier. Klix Hair is not responsible for filing any claims on behalf of clients or orders.
Additional Delivery Notes
- Shipping carriers may request a signature on packages due to the carrier’s policies. This is not Klix Hair’s requirement.
- KLIX Hair is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Upon reviewing the invoice, confirm the address is correct as address orders cannot be changed once submitted.
